There are 27 million men, women, and children living in slavery around the world today*. Many of these people are sexually trafficked, exploited as prostitutes and forced into a life of sexual slavery. The injustice of human trafficking knows no bounds: it affects people of every age, race, religion, gender, ethnicity and nationality. Slavery is a problem in the United States as well. There are an estimated 325,000 children in the U.S. living in sexual slavery right now**. These children are physically and sexually abused, and forced to endure being raped multiple times each day. We cannot stand by and allow this travesty to continue.
